I like the quietness of the Rush Tower and it has a small amount of slots. The Rush Tower normally has it's own check-in, but during the pandemic I had to check in at the regular hotel lobby.

No kleenex boxes are in the room I had to request them & they came fast The room only came with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom I had to request extra& they came fast The spa is closed and gym was only open Mon, Thurs-Sun. Due to pandemic there's no room service and all the hotel restaurants close by 10pm, so you have to plan accordingly. The main bathroom shower water pressure was very low and the tub water still backed up & took a long time to drain. Being so high up I still heard the loud music, but it was easy to ignore and fall asleep. It had 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, separate living room with wet bar & dining room table and 4 tvs. The room itself was gorgeous, very clean, big and at a great price. I stayed in the Rush Tour corner suite on 24th floor, during the pandemic (June 29-July 2).
